Who could be a Volunteer ?
|
|
Volunteers are the soul of the social givers. The time they give is as valuable as the donation of money. Because giving time is giving a slice of your life. We value this and we give due respect to our volunteers because of this understanding. We are a professionally run organization managed by experienced entrepreneurs and hence offer a satisfying interacting environment.
We offer flexible timings, you can just work few hours a week and you can work in the are of your skills or what you enjoy doing. We are a fairly technology driven organization and lot of work is about usage of computers. Some guidelines are below:
- Anyone with basic computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Educated women who are not in a career stream anymore.
- College going students or recent graduates.
Karmic is not looking for volunteers who give us ideas without a commitment to implement them.
What will you get ?
As we grow, you can impact millions of underprivileged Indians by getting involved with hundreds of our NGOs and many more of our donors in India and globally.
You will also learn about issues that you may have never had any exposure to. You may also take up new challenges and earn a new sense of achievement. You will also become part of this community of "givers" and this can be an experience of a lifetime. |

Be a Karmic PR
|
You could become our public relations volunteer.
- Karmic Banner : If you have a website of your own then put up a Karmic banner on your site, which will help your visitors find us.
- Karmic Message : If you use email then add a Karmic message to your signature line and spread the word among your friends, family and colleagues. A simple but powerful line like "Karmic - the centre for social transformation" can raise awareness and curiosity about Karmic.
